Exceptional staff, just wow i booked a ticket online and was a bit lost and came to check out how to redeem it for wednesday and the wonderfull staff who check the tickets not only help to guide me to my exact theatre i will be watching it in on the wednesday, they also showed me step by step how to redeem my ticket on the machine, excellent staff. Good service and cinema was very clean and neat. Seats in Cinema 4 was very comfortable with slight incline. We also forgot our shopping in the cinema and when we realized it 45min later, went back and they kept it for us. Thanks we really appreciate it
